Edition Warsaw 2018

The 30th jubilee edition of the WIND and WATER Boat Show was accompanied by the Warsaw conference of Marine Industry Forum. This year's technological conference began with the presentation of the Promotional Program of the Polish Yacht Industry for 2018-2019, led by representatives of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency PAIH and the Polish Chamber of Marine Industry and Water Sports POLBOAT.

Warsaw edition of Marine Industry Forum was a unique chance for the yacht industry representatives to get acquainted with new legal regulations regarding the employment of foreigners in Poland.

The discussion panel about the challenges and most common mistakes committed when employing foreigners by Polish enterprises included, among others, Jarosław Cichoń - representative of Chief Labor Inspectorate, Department of Employment Legality; Piotr Malinowski - trainer, adviser, representative of Labor Inspectorate between 2010-2017 as well as a representative of the Work Agency Worksol.

During the Warsaw Marine Industry Forum, similar to the first edition of the MIF conference in Katowice in 2017, we paid special attention to the New Water Law, especially threats and consequences resulting from its introduction and implementation, led by Patryk Zbroja, the owner of Zbroja Adwokaci.

Furthermore, the Warsaw edition of Marine Industry Forum was focused on modern technologies, especially 3D Printing in the yacht industry. The question "Can 3D printing be a source of innovation in the shipbuilding industry" was answered by a representative of Cubic Inch, 3D Printing & Engineering company.

We invite you to participate in the third edition of Marine Industry Forum in Katowice!
